Trouvaille Frame Quilt

We’ve finally taken advantage of the sunny weather to get some better photos of our frame quilt! This is quite a large quilt (180 x 220 cm), so it’s a little challenging to find space to display it appropriately. ;)

Because all the prints we’ve used are from the same collection, this quilt has a harmonious, but scrappy feel to it.

In addition, each block is a variation of a frame block, with the frame highlighting the selected print.

You can see a bit of the back here, which is pieced together using leftover prints from the front and solid coordinating fabrics.

This is also a great shot of the beautiful quilting, which was done by Stitched in Color, whose long arm services are top-notch!

We hope you enjoy this bright, colorful quilt!  It was made using Pure Solids and some prints from the Trouvaille collection by Art Gallery Fabrics.  We have Fat Quarters and Layer Cakes available from this collection in the shop, as well as the coordinating solid fabrics.
